PAYMENTS

Payment is required to process an order for shipment or pick-up. We accept all major credit cards.

For walk-in & retail purchases, we also accept cash & check.

For Tax-Exemption Status, Government Pricing or to create a Purchase Order, please contact us to set-up an account: info@kengla.com.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer UPS Ground & USPS shipping unless otherwise specified or required.

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight & dimensions of the package(s), the distance the package(s) will travel & any arrival requirements such as expedited services.

Customer is responsible for all shipping & handling charges. For shipping destinations outside of the continental U.S., please contact us.

 

PICK-UPS

When your order is ready for pick-up, an email notification will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Items in-stock are generally available for pick-up 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.

Made-to-Order & Custom items require additional time for production. Lead times vary based the complexity of your order.

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original boxes or packaging and properly packaged to avoid damage during shipment. All returned items must be in re-sellable condition and subject to inspection for use & damage before credit is issued.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Returned items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
